Deespark Cleaning Services

Home cleaning

Flats, duplexes and family houses. We come and look, then give you a fixed price.

Cleaning for homes across Lagos, at whichever level yours actually needs. A basic clean keeps an already-maintained home in shape. A deep clean goes behind, under and inside everything — it is what most homes need first. Move-in and move-out cleans take an empty property to handover standard. Every team is vetted, uniformed and brings its own supplies. We do not publish a number for this, because two three-bedroom flats can be an hour apart or a day apart depending on what is actually in them. So a supervisor comes and looks first — ₦3,000, about forty-five minutes — and you get a fixed written price before any cleaning starts. Go ahead and the ₦3,000 comes off the job.

Priced after inspection

₦3,000

for the visit — comes off the job

Turnaround

3–9 hours depending on size and level

No two of these jobs are the same size, so we do not guess. We come and look, and you get a fixed written price before any cleaning starts. The visit costs ₦3,000. Go ahead with the work and it comes off the price. Decide not to, and you keep the written quote and owe nothing more.

What you are booking

How deep should it go?

Tell us roughly what you think you need and the supervisor arrives already knowing. None of it commits you to anything — the price is written after they have seen the place, and you can change your mind about the level then.

  1. Basic clean

Your home is already in reasonable shape. This keeps it that way.

A routine clean of everything you see and touch: floors, surfaces, wet areas, kitchen, mirrors and glass. It does not go behind appliances or inside cupboards — if nobody has cleaned properly in a few months, book the deep clean instead, because this one will disappoint you.

    Choose this if

    • Somebody cleans here most weeks, you or otherwise
    • Nothing has been left more than three or four weeks
    • You want a reset before guests arrive

  2. Deep clean

    Most booked

Behind, under and inside everything. What most homes need first.

Everything in a basic clean, and then the parts a routine clean never reaches: behind the fridge and cooker, inside cupboards, into grout and silicone, along window tracks, through extractor filters. It takes roughly twice as long, and it is the clean we recommend as your first with us.

    Choose this if

    • Nobody has cleaned properly in three months or more
    • It is your first clean with us
    • There is build-up in grout, window tracks or behind appliances

    Everything above, plus

    • · Behind and under appliances
    • · Inside cupboards and wardrobes
    • · Grout, tile joints and silicone

  3. Move-in / move-out clean

An empty property taken to handover standard.

A deep clean of a property with nothing in it, which means every cupboard, drawer and wardrobe gets done inside as well as out. This is the clean that gets a deposit back, and the one to book before you carry a single box into somewhere the last tenant left.

    Choose this if

    • You are handing keys back and want your deposit
    • You are moving into a place somebody else has left
    • A landlord or agent is inspecting

    Everything above, plus

    • · Everything in a deep clean
    • · Inside every cupboard, drawer and wardrobe
    • · Inside oven, fridge and freezer
    • · Walls spot-cleaned and marks lifted
    • · Balcony, store and utility swept out

  4. House Care plan

The same basic clean, every week, at a standing price.

A recurring basic clean with the same vetted cleaner each visit, booked ahead so the slot is always yours. It costs less per visit than booking one-off cleans, because we can plan the rota around it. Pause any week with a day’s notice.

    Choose this if

    • You would rather it just happened without booking each time
    • You want the same person each week, who learns your home
    • A weekly reset suits you better than a big clean twice a year

    Everything above, plus

    • · The same vetted cleaner every visit
    • · Priority slots, booked ahead
    • · Pause any week with 24 hours notice
    • · No contract — stop whenever you like

  5. Short-let turnover

Between guests. Stripped, reset, restocked and photographed.

A fast, checklist-driven turnover for serviced and short-let apartments. Linen stripped and made up fresh, consumables restocked to your list, and a photo set sent the moment we lock up so you know exactly what the next guest walks into.

    Choose this if

    • You run a short-let or serviced apartment
    • You need a guaranteed window between checkout and check-in
    • You want photo proof of how the flat was left

    Everything above, plus

What customers said about home cleaning

  • Good work, slightly late

Team arrived 25 minutes after the window closed because of traffic on the Lekki-Epe. They called ahead, which I appreciated. The clean itself was thorough.

Uche N. · Chevron · cleaned by Blessing

  • Finally, a fixed price

Booked a deep clean for a 2-bedroom and paid exactly what the site quoted. The team arrived at 9:04 for a 9-to-11 window and worked through to 4pm. Kitchen extractor looks new.

Yemi A. · Lekki Phase 1 · cleaned by Chidi

  • Post-construction, actually done

We had cement film on every window track after the renovation. Two visits, four rooms, and I stopped finding dust. Priced per room which felt fair.

Questions

Answered before you have to ask.

Why is there no price on this page?

Because we would have to guess it. Two three-bedroom flats can be a four-hour job or a twelve-hour job depending on how long since the last proper clean, how many people live there and what state the kitchen and wet areas are in. Publishing one number means either quoting high enough to cover the worst case — which is unfair to most homes — or quoting low and asking for more on the day, which is worse. So a supervisor comes and looks, and you get a fixed written price before anybody starts.

What happens at the inspection, and what does it cost?

₦3,000 and about forty-five minutes. A supervisor walks every room with you, notes what needs doing, and writes a fixed price on the spot — not a range, and not "starting from". If you go ahead, the ₦3,000 comes off the job. If you do not, you keep the written quote and owe nothing further.

Can the price change after the inspection?

Only if you ask for more work than we quoted for. The written price covers what the supervisor saw and agreed with you. If we open a wardrobe on the day and find something nobody mentioned, we tell you before we touch it and you decide — we never do extra work and present a larger bill at the end.

What is the difference between a basic clean and a deep clean?

A basic clean maintains a home that is already in reasonable shape — floors, surfaces, wet areas, kitchen. A deep clean goes behind appliances, inside cupboards, into grout and window tracks. If nobody has cleaned properly in three months, book the deep clean; the basic clean will disappoint you and we would rather say so now than argue about it afterwards.

Which size do I pick if I have a study or a boys’ quarters?

Count bedrooms only, then go up one size if you have a separate study, BQ, or more than two bathrooms. If you are unsure, pick the smaller one and say so in the notes — we confirm the price before the team sets off, not after they arrive.

Do I need to be home?

No. Many customers leave a key with security or the estate office. Add access instructions when you book and the team will follow them.

How is House Care different from booking a basic clean each week?

Price and continuity. House Care costs less per visit because we can plan the rota around it, and you get the same cleaner every time, so they learn your home. There is no contract — pause or stop whenever you like.

Do you clean serviced or short-let apartments?

Yes, and the short-let turnover is built for it: a guaranteed window between checkout and check-in, linen made up fresh, consumables restocked to your list, and a photo set sent the moment we lock up.
