Cleaning for places of work. A routine clean on a fixed rota keeps a working building working; a deep clean once or twice a year reaches everything the rota cannot. The team comes before you open or after you close. If you need people on site all day rather than a visiting team, that is a staff placement, and it is the thing we are best at. No two premises are the same, so we do not price one off a form. A supervisor walks the floor with you — ₦3,000, about forty-five minutes — and you get a fixed written price and a proposed rota. Go ahead and the ₦3,000 comes off your first invoice.

    The daily or weekly clean that keeps a working building working.

    A fixed rota, run before you open or after you close. Desks, glass, floors, restrooms, kitchens and bins, to the same checklist every visit, by the same team — so the standard does not drift and you are not explaining the job to somebody new every week.

  2. Deep clean

    Most booked

    Out of hours, once or twice a year. Everything the rota cannot reach.

    A full-day or overnight clean of a site that is normally in use: carpets extracted, vents and high-level surfaces dusted, internal glass and partitions done properly, kitchens and restrooms stripped back and sanitised. Booked for end of term, end of quarter, or before an inspection.

    A hall, school or venue put back to normal after heavy use.

    A one-off clean priced per room or per hall, for the morning after. Waste collected and taken away, furniture reset to plan, floors stripped and re-polished where they need it. Schools between terms are the most common booking on this tier.

Why is there no price on this page?

Because an office is not a size on a form. Two floors with the same desk count can be twenty minutes apart or three hours apart depending on the floor finish, the restroom count, whether there is a canteen, and what your out-of-hours access actually allows. We would rather survey it once than quote a number we have to revise.

What happens at the survey, and what does it cost?

₦3,000 and about forty-five minutes. A supervisor walks the floor with your facilities contact, counts what has to be counted, and comes back with a fixed price per visit and a proposed rota. If you appoint us, the ₦3,000 comes off your first invoice.

Do you survey before a one-off deep clean too?

Yes, and it matters more there than on a rota — a deep clean is priced on what has built up, and that is exactly the thing you cannot see from a floor plan.

How do I know which site size I am?

Count desks if you are an office, or rooms if you are a school, shop or clinic — whichever number is larger decides the band. If you sit on the line between two, pick the smaller one and say so in the notes; we confirm before the first visit rather than after.

Can you clean outside our working hours?

That is the normal arrangement. Most of our commercial rotas run before 8am or after 6pm, and deep cleans usually run overnight or at a weekend. Tell us the window and we build the rota around it.

What is the difference between this and placing staff with us?

A routine clean is a team that visits. A placement is a vetted cleaner who works at your site on your hours, on contract, managed by us — payroll, cover when they are ill, and attendance you can see. If somebody needs to be there all day, you want a placement.

Do you invoice monthly?

Yes. One-off cleans are paid at booking; rotas are invoiced monthly in arrears with a timesheet showing every visit, who attended, and how long they were on site.

Do you clean schools during term time?

Yes, on a routine rota after hours. The bigger job — classrooms, halls and dorms stripped back — is normally booked as an end-of-term clean while the pupils are away.
