Deespark places vetted cleaners with homes, offices and estates across Lagos. If you can clean properly and turn up when you said you would, we want to hear from you — whether you have ten years behind you or none at all.
It takes about three minutes. You do not need a CV and you do not need an email address.
What you get from us
Paid on time, every time
Weekly for one-off jobs, monthly for a placement. We have never been late, and if we ever are you hear it from us first.
Steady work, not scraps
We place people on contract with companies and estates. That means the same site, the same hours, and a wage you can plan around.
Trained, not thrown in
If you have never done this professionally, we will teach you. Several of our best cleaners started with no experience at all.
Nothing to pay, ever
No application fee, no training fee, no uniform deposit. Anyone asking you for money to work with Deespark is not from Deespark.
What we ask from you
Three things, and we would rather you knew them now than found out at the interview.
- A guarantor
- Someone in steady work who will vouch for you. Our clients trust us with the keys to their homes and offices, and this is how we earn that. If you do not have one yet, still apply — we will talk it through.
- A valid NIN
- Needed before you can be placed with a company. We take it during vetting, in person or on a call — never through this website, and never over WhatsApp.
- You turn up
- On the day, in the window, every time. It is the whole job. Someone is waiting for you, and a cleaner who arrives is worth more to us than one who is faster but late.
What happens after you apply

We call you
On WhatsApp, within three working days. A real person, not a robot.

We meet
A short conversation about what you have done and what you want.

We vet you
NIN and your guarantor. This is the part that takes longest — usually a week.

You start
We match you to sites near where you live, and you meet the client before day one.
